The department has decided that Eastern Illinois University will participate in an existing program with the State of Illinois university employees.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Wednesday August 1, 2001:

for an employee assistance program. This is for an employee assistance program for the period July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
