The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the women's rugby field fencing project.

The work shall include 846 lineal feet of black aluminum decorative fence, 6 feet high, in the configuration and profile to match the existing aluminum fence at the Women?s Softball Field on the north end of the new fence. Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services as required to furnish and install the fence and shall include all caps and trim pieces, brackets, fasteners, and anchors necessary for a complete installation.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked women's rugby field fencing.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2005, at 10:00 AM in the Facilities Planning and Management Conference Room.
