IPHEC seeks Respondents to provide employee health benefit services, plans (via a private exchange model)for its employees and their dependent children who meet eligibility requirements under PPACA, but who are not currently eligible for coverage under the State Employees Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) offers through the State of Illinois’ Department of Central Management Services (CMS).
