for linen and laundry service. EIU is requesting bids for linen and laundry service for the time period of July 8, 2002 through June 30, 2003, with the University's option to renew the contract for 2 additional one-year periods. Pricing is to include pick-up and delivery to designated locations on the University campus. A sufficient inventory of linen to be delivered to cover the needs of Dining Services between regularly scheduled deliveries.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
