Eastern Illinois University is seeking bids for the delivery of the Chicago Times, St. Louis Post Dispatch and USA Today newspapers from one vendor. These newspapers were selected via student survey. Papers are to be delivered 5 days per week, Monday through Friday to all 10 Residence Halls by 7:00 a.m. The vendor shall provide containers for display and distribution, as well as provide containers for recycle of newspapers.
