for digital equipment, onsite training, and installation for WEIU TV. The use of brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. The bid document contains a list of items to be used for trade-in. Please submit a bid with pricing to include trade-in pricing and without trade-in pricing. Please submit all warranty information for equipment being bid. Bids shall be awarded on an all or nothing basis.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
