for assorted bread and buns for use in Panther Dining. Panther Dining includes Carman Dining Center, Taylor Dining Center, Thomas Dining Center, Tower Dining Center, Panther Catering and University Food Court. Delivery is to be made to each location once a day, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Samples shall be required upon request of University prior to awarding bid. The contract period for this award will be from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 with the University's option to renew for four additional one-year periods.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
