for grocery items (Bid # VFS174). Successful vendors must be able to supply grocery items to Panther Catering/Dining services for the time period of July 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. These products must be delivered twice weekly to as many as 6 locations on the Eastern Illinois University campus. Awards will be based on individual item pricing and testing results. Tested acceptable items will be awarded over a lower priced non-tested item. Non-acceptable items will not be considered.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
