for Mini Van Cargo or Passenger (Bid # x009007). Peace Meal wishes to purchase two Mini Vans Cargo or Passenger. If bidding passenger vans they must be converted to match specifications. Program vehicles will be acceptable if less that 15,000 miles. Both vans must be 2001 models. There will be no trade-in for either van. One vehicle must be available April 26, 2001. It is required that the vendor includes the EPA mileage ratings in the bid. Vendor must supply the necessary papers so that our Central Stores staff can prepare license and title applications. Vans must be inspected before award is made.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
