The Communications Services Department of Governors State University is researching and producing a multimedia educational series. The Department requires the services of a consultant to develop and implement comprehensive and creative multimedia educational programming designed to inform and aid foster parents in the care and supervision of children in their custody.
This content will be delivered in various media (Internet hybrid, CD-Rom, Video) to suit the needs of the client population. The proposer will review and evaluate the current manual and electronic processes; work with staff to identify performance expectations, develop storyboards, work flow, interface design, functionality, authoring, quality control and field testing; suggest alternative methods for data capture, storage and presentation; and develop, test and implement efficient, robust, and secure systems that will respond excellently to client needs and gracefully to error conditions.

The mandatory pre-proposal meeting is Tuesday, May 15, 2001 at 11 a.m. in the Purchasing Office.
