for federal grant procurement.

GSU wishes to evaluate proposals from firms with proven experience in the pursuit and award of federal grants and appropriations on behalf of Governors State University.

Responding vendors must understand the strategic initiatives of the university and be familiar with current funding resources at the state and federal level.

The awarded firm will be responsible (at minimum) for: identifying potential funding, securing meetings, authoring correspondence, and staffing resources available to communicate with the university's senior administrators.

It is important that the awarded firm understand State of Illinois government, statutes, higher education, and the unique characteristics of Governors State University and its students.
