Governors State University
hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the
electrical and data cable installation project.
GSU is converting nine existing rooms into technology enhanced teaching rooms. This project includes, but is not limited to provide needed electrical and data cabling for multimedia podium for teaching (purchased separately) which includes providing control wiring from the lecture podium to ceiling mounted overhead projection locations in each room.
Specifications, drawings, and a tour will be held at the mandatory meeting.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked electrical and data cable installation.
Bids will be received up to the hour of
2:00 PM
local time, on
Friday, June 10, 2005.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, June 2, 2005. Vendors must register in advance by calling Lisa at 708-534-4056. Only bidders present at this meeting will be considered.
