GSU seeks proposals from experienced, professional firms to provide legislative consulting services and lobbying activities in support of the University's mission and legislative agenda.

Respondents will be expected to meet with legislators in Springfield as well as in their home districts, and to contact the Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, Treasurer and other administrative offices in Springfield and throughout the State of Illinois to discuss relevant University issues.

Specifications will be available for download by end of day, Tuesday, March 3, 2009.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
