The university has website redesign project completion date of June 2013 and will manage the project based on a limited budget. The University intends to award the contract to a single firm. The contractor shall provide the research, design, technical, and implementation expertise to help GSU meet its goal, based on the specifications.

These RFPs are due by 11:00AM CST on the date of this notice. A public opening will be held at 11:30 AM on CST in the Procurement Office. The attached document mistakenly listed the opening time as 11:30 PM, which is incorrect.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
