Project Description
The project manual includes four documents and any attachments posted here. The project manual defines the project in detail. GSU will be upgrading the wireless access cable infrastructure. By the date the bid is due, all bidders must be prequalified by the State of Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB). In addition, the installation must be Systimax certified, by the contractor/subcontractor.

All work on GSU campus, where applicable, must meet or exceed prevailing wages in Will County as per the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL), and have completed any applicable apprenticeship program.
