This bid includes the purchase and installation of a pre-engineered pole barn structure, as specified. GSU requires the submittal of a installation timeline with the sealed bid.

Completion of the project is required prior to August 1, 2017.

All other trade related work (examples: excavation, electric, masonry and foundation work) will be contracted separately and directly by the university. See complete technical scope and drawings for further details,see attachment D1703TMSDrawings.

Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
