Project Description
GSU is requesting bids to replace the existing Taco (brand) Cooling Tower Pumps with Bell & Gossett pumps (brand name only, no substitutions will be accepted).

The contractor is responsible for the engineering work to guarantee the Bell & Gossett selection will provide more than enough capacity to maintain the pressure differential required for the chiller it serves. Calculations and selections of pumps shall be completed by a licensed professional engineer with an area of expertise in Mechanical (HVAC). The submittal must be stamped and signed by the licensed engineer.

There will be a mandatory (required) pre-bid meeting and walk through which will include a tour. Any potential respondent is required to participate in the meeting and tour.
