Project Description
The Board of Trustees of Governors State University (GSU) requests bids from responsible vendors to meet its needs. A brief description is set forth below, with detailed requirements in subsequent sections of this solicitation. If you are interested and able to meet these requirements, the University welcomes a response.

Brief Description: On the campus, GSU has a pedestrian walkway called "the Alumni Path". This project will add lighting to the walkway as drawn and defined. Technical Specifications and drawings are posted separately (for convenience of printing) but are hereby incorporated into these specifications for the project.

A mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2019 at 10:00AM (local time). Vendors are to call Bettie at 708-235-7443 to register and receive directions. Potential bidders are required to attend the entire meeting, subcontractors and suppliers are welcome to attend, but are not required.

The awarded vendor must be prequalified with the Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB) as of the bid due date to be considered for award.

Sealed bids will be accepted below until 3:00 PM, Friday, March 29, 2019:
