Amendment #9 changes the due date for both divisions of work to Thursday, January 28, 2021. Bids for both divisions of work are now due before 2:00PM CST on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in the Procurement Office of the University. The office will likely NOT be open on Tuesday to accept bids. We plan to be open on Wednesday & Thursday from Noon until 2:00PM CST if you wish to hand deliver your bids. If you have registered for the webinar, for the public bid opening, you will receive an email with regards to the date change of the virtual bid opening. You will not have to re-register.

Project Description
This project consists of replacing the existing mechanical equipment throughout the GMT Building with new equipment/materials. In addition, the specifications include Building Automation System (BAS) upgrades as defined including but not limited to all new equipment and the balancing of ventilation and hydronic systems (by the installer).
The project manual consists of University requirements, technical specifications and drawings in additional to all attachments posted to this bid.
