The Board of Trustees of Governors State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the paver and concrete work at Main Entrance project.

Governors State University is interested in procuring services to replace the concrete sidewalks and brick paver area surrounding the patio at the University's Main Entrance outside of "D" Wing on a general or limited scope basis. The University is considering variations on two general options which will be further discussed at the pre-proposal meeting.

Specifications will only be available at this meeting.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Wednesday, May 21, 2003. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A mandatory pre-bidder's meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2003 in the Purchasing Office. Vendors must register for the meeting in advance by calling Gabrielle Sutton at 708-534-4056.
