for computer related services contracts.

Potential contracts awarded will provide application, implementation, and systems integration advice to GSU as needed and requested. These individuals will work directly with the ITS division in coordination of projects, problem solving, and advice as needed with regard to existing GSU computer systems.

Minimum experience and certification requirements are listed in the detail of the specifications. Briefly, work may include primarily Cisco internetworking devices, campus routing and switching, firewalls, and associated WAN connectivity devices. Additional support services required for this contract are to include personnel with the following certifications: Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Cisco Certified Networking Expert (CCIE), Sun Certified Systems Administrator, and Sun Certified Network Administrator.

Both individuals and firms may submit. This award is intended to be a multiple award, to be utilized if and when needed expertise is required.

Evaluation on a case by case basis will depend on personnel, certifications, availability, price and familiarity with existing issues and systems on the GSU campus.
