The specification details the expected deliverables of this software requirement for document scanning of admissions and registration related documents. Additionally, the university may consider purchase of hardware (if applicable), and the university may consider contracting to scan historical documentation. The primary objective of this request for proposal is to receive information about the document management software capabilities and limitations in an academic environment.
The Office of Admissions and Student Recruitment (ASR) is the primary office on the RFP but the installation will also have impact on the Registrar's Office, Financial Aid, Student Development, and Academic Advising in the four colleges and the Board of Governors Program.
