Project Description
GSU is soliciting bids for a general contractor (GC) for the following project. This project includes indoor pool and shower room remodeling. HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades related to pool environment.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
The University will hold a mandatory pre-bid conference on April 10, 2007. Representatives will be present to answer questions. Prospective bidders must register in advance by calling Lori at 708-534-4056. Bids submitted by general contractors not in attendance at the mandatory conference will not be accepted.
Project drawings and specifications will be available for download within 24 hours. Prospective bidders must bring drawings and specifications to the pre-bid conference as copies will not be available on the day of the meeting.

All responses must include:
  • Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
  • Sealed envelopes containing the bids have the bid number and project title on the envelope.
