This RFP is for the development, construction and operation a student housing complex inclusive of on-campus housing at GSU in University Park, Illinois.
Additional details will be posted in the downloadable specifications before November 4, 2008.
Participation in the pre-proposal conference is required for all firms on Friday, November 14, 2008. Vendors must register in advance by calling Lisa at 708-235-7443. Conference call-in options may be available, upon request, although the University would prefer vendor attendance on campus for the meeting and tour.

Submit 10 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
