This contract is contingent upon the approval of the University's Board of Trustees.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
There was a miscommunication in the initial attachment (See #3 of "JPA11") which has been revised and corrected as the new attachment "JPA11revision".

The University awarded a contract for Customized Professional Training to Juvenile Protective Association, Chicago, IL, for an amount not to exceed $374,870.
The University intends to award a contract for customized professional training.
This training contract is "as needed" to train staff and clients on topics of expertise and prepared curriculum consistent with the FY11 IDCFS contract.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
named subcontractor required by the IDCFS grant/contract award is the Juvenile Protective Association.
