This request for qualifications for GSU is for the submission of qualifications from engineering and design firms to assess and design systems for specific projects. To be considered for awards on these specific projects, vendors must submit for this solicitation, regardless of any other contract or evaluation with the university. These specific projects will result in awards from only the pools of submittals received by the deadline.

Firms must provide a Capital Development Board (CDB) 255 Form listing only relevant experience. Only firms with direct involvement and experience with similar projects will be considered. GSU requires CDB prequalified firms for these projects.

In addition, GSU may utilize these submittals and firms for smaller related projects as well, as needed for master contracts.

Vendors are to submit 3 copies of all materials with the initial submission. GSU will only accept the following with initial submittals: A letter of interest, financial disclosure forms for higher education and the CDB Standard Form 255. No other submittals will be reviewed.

GSU will be pursuing a Quality-Based Selection (QBS) process. (Submitted by John Tuohy, State Purchasing Officer.)
