The University awarded a contract for upgrade an existing Bruker NMR spectrometer to Bruker BioSpin Corp., Billerica, MA, for an estimated $141,000.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the compatibility of equipment, accessories, replacement parts, or service is a paramount consideration, and the procurement includes software upgrade and maintenance.
