This Cooperative purchase is made in accordance with 30 ILCS 525, 30 ILCS 500/25-15(b) and 44 ILL. Admin. Code 4.2036(e).
The Illinois Office of Comptroller is giving notice of award to CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. for a Software as a Solution financial system to modernize the State Accounting Management System. This contract is awarded pursuant to 30 ILCS 525/2(a-10), which authorizes agency to piggyback off a competitively procured cooperative, consortium or federal agency contract. CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. was awarded a contract with NASPO, a cooperative organization of which the State of Illinois is a member.
