for
an estimated $47,000.
This contract is for an external evaluation of the 21st Century Information Fluency program.
Learning Gauge, Inc. will provide evaluation services to gather evidence of capacity building among participating schools to sustain the impact of the program using a stratified sampling technique. Summative evaluation will be conducted with participants from Cohort I, II, III and IV during the 2004-05 school year and will wrap up the evaluation needed to complete the Year One and Year Two final reports. Baseline/formative evaluation for Cohorts V and VI will be conducted during the 2004-05 school year and summative evaluation for Cohort V and VI will occur during the 2005-06 school year.
