The Board of Trustees of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy� is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide executive search firm services in the search for a President of IMSA from approximately mid-July, 2006, through acceptance of an offer and placement of the candidate no later than July 1, 2007.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
