Comments:

Gov connection was awarded items A & B of the bid. PDS was awarded items C & D of the bid. The low bidder for items A & B withdrew their bid due to the State of Illinois payment terms. The second low bidder for items A & B did not provide a complete bid for all items in those sections.

The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
