The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) is seeking bids for the transportation of approximately 150 to 250 students in its Student Inquiry and Research (SIR) Program to various locations in the Chicago-land and local (Batavia and Aurora) areas. The SIR program utilizes the transportation services on Wednesdays only each week, approximately 25 school days per year, between August and April. Additional transportation services may be procured on a trip by trip basis. This is a five year, annually renewable contract, subject to successful negotiation of future transportation rates.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
