When submitting the bid package vendor must acknowledge receipt of any and all amendments to the solicitation and included a signed copy of all addendum(s) in the offer.

The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) requires replacement of the IMSA cafeteria original flight type dishwasher and installation of the new comparable unit into the current location. We are requesting bids for the delivery of equipment by 5/24/13 and installation work to be done between 6/4/13 and 6/16/13 with in-service training provided by the vendor to be concluded by noon on 6/17/13.
