-CONSOLIDATED STUDENT DATA REPOSITORY AND ANALYTICS SYSTEM-
IMSA requires a system to track and analyze student data for those who partake in the Grades 3-8 outreach and enrichment programs, who ultimately attend IMSA as well as those who attend another High School. We would like to continue tracking these students as they attend college and join the workforce. IMSA has many different systems and applications hosted internally and externally that are utilized to collect portions of student data, 13 of which are considered to be critical for the purpose of this RFP. In addition to the systems and applications in use at IMSA, some student data is also stored in paper format. IMSA’s goal is to build a data repository and reporting system that combines student data from all of these systems that will allow them to better analyze student data and longitudinal trends.
The successful responder and the IMSA Information and Technology Services (ITS) team will work together to conceptualize and implement the new data repository and analytical system. IMSA prefers that any system designed/built and/or purchased will be fully usable within our current infrastructure and take advantage of systems currently in place, if possible. Further, this project must provide a system that can readily be managed by IMSA ITS staff and changed or enhanced, as needed, going forward.
Offers must be submitted per 01 IMSA14015 v.14.1 07-01-13 Instructions.pdf document in the attached IMSA14015-Portfolio RFP. Please submit (5) five hard copies, (1) one original copy, and (1) one electronic copy. Preferred method of submission is 3-Ring Binder format.
