IMSA requires a centralized system to track and analyze Academy data for non-student based systems. IMSA has an existing data repository and reporting system for student data. The reference to non-student based system is made to ensure that vendors know this system is only meant to address data that is not student related. IMSA has many different systems and applications hosted internally and externally that are utilized to collect this data. IMSA’s goal is to build a data repository and reporting system that combines academy data from all of these systems that will allow them to better analyze data and longitudinal trends.
The successful responder and the IMSA Information and Technology Services (ITS) team will work together to conceptualize and implement the new data repository and analytical system. IMSA prefers that any system designed/built and/or purchased will be fully usable within our current infrastructure and take advantage of systems currently in place, if possible. Further, this project must provide a system that can readily be managed by IMSA ITS staff and changed or enhanced, as needed, going forward.
Please submit five hard copies, one original copy, and one electronic copy. Separate CDs or other Electronic Media must be submitted for Packet 1 (Everything other than pricing) and Packet 2 (Pricing only). Preferred method of submission is 3-ring binder format.
