The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms to provide services as the Campus Architect for the Academy. Interested firms shall submit a concise statement of the firm's qualifications.

NOTE: All firms must be prequalified and submit the CDB standard form 255 with the submittal.

The revised 255 Form is located at the CDB's website at http://www.illinois.gov/cdb/business/library/Documents/255%20FORM.docx. Use only this version of the form for submittal.

The Illinois Math and Science Academy (IMSA) invites submittals for qualified architectural firms to provide services for various on demand projects beginning July 1, 2016 (FY17) and continuing for a period of five years to June 30, 2021. This QBS will result in multiple awards. Individual on demand projects awarded under resulting contracts will be less than $25,000. The Academy reserves the option to renew with the vendors for an additional five one-year periods, contingent upon continuing need and satisfactory service from the vendor. Pricing established under the renewal options would remain firm for each full fiscal year.

Note: While this QBS does not contain Business Enterprise Program (BEP) goals, BEP participation is highly encouraged.

  • There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
