This addendum is issued to further define the original Invitation for Bid (IFB) package for the above-referenced project, as issued on Wednesday March 7, 2018 and is now considered a part thereof. Included in this addendum are vendor questions received during the non-mandatory site visits on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at 9 a.m. and Thursday March 15, 2018 at 1 p.m. and the State's response to those questions. Vendors are instructed to read this entire package before attempting to complete the information required therein.

IMSA is seeking bids for the cleaning of four (4) Residence Halls in June 2018. Each building (29,836 square feet) consists of forty eight (48) student rooms, four (4) study rooms, two (2) laundry rooms, eight (8) stairwells, four (4) wing lounges with kitchenettes, three (3) entry foyers and a main lobby. Three (3) buildings will require preparation for IMSA to host the International Student Science Fair - setting of rooms and bathrooms with linens and toiletries provided by IMSA.
The work for all four Residence Halls can begin on Monday, June 4, 2018 and must be completed by Friday, June 22 2018 by 3:00 pm.
After the International Student Science Fair during the week of June 24 - June 30, the vendor will need to return for a light cleaning of the four Residence Halls and collection of linens. Work can begin on Tuesday, July 3rd and must be completed by Friday, July 20 2018.
IMSA reserves the right to select one or more vendors to provide services outlined in this Invitation for Bid Solicitation.
There is a 20% BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.

Please park on the east side of the building. Vendor must check in at front desk with a state/government issued photo id. Vendor must allow adequate time to accommodate security screenings at the site.
