The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy invites bids for the provision of Painting contractual services in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. This invitation for bid is for various painting projects during the upcoming Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 June 30, 2022. It is not possible for the Academy to provide a definitive number of projects or expected budget spend for the term of the contract. As needs arise the services will be requested. The work will be bid on unit cost basis. This contract will be awarded as a whole based on the item by item pricing.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
