IPHEC is citing Section 4.2040 Cancellation of Solicitations; Rejection of Bids or Proposals; E) the solicitation did not provide for consideration of all factors of significance to the university as justification for the non-award. IPHEC does intend to re-post the solicitation.
Addendum 1 has been added, which covers concerns discussed on the Pre-Submission call on May 6, 2019 at 2:30pm.
Addendum 2 contains the revised Term: July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 with the option for 7, 1-year renewals through final date June 30, 2027.
Monthly Usage Addendum is a monthly usage example for two universities requested by potential respondents.
IPHEC1906 Natural Gas Supply Pricing 2 should be the new template for returning pricing.
