Addendum 3 has been posted, which contains zoom information to witness the opening of IPHEC2018 on September 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. This is an optional meeting. Attendance is not required.
Addendum 2 addresses questions and answers received during the second Q&A period and during the second pre-solicitation call.

First, it addresses a change
to the opening due date to September 10, 2020

Fourth, it answers questions received and the attendees from the first pre-solicitation call.

IPHEC is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide information technology recruitment and placement, and temporary staffing services at varying degrees of expertise. This service is necessary to develop, foster, and enhance and supplement existing IT staffing and per project supplementation.
Proposals may be submitted via Electronic Bidding or via Paper Submittal. Read the RFP document for further instructions.
