IPHEC did not receive any responsive responses for this solicitation. As a result, IPHEC is issuing a non-award for IPHEC2036 under section 4.2040 c)1)B) of the Higher Education Procurement rules.

IPHEC plans to re-post the solicitation as soon as possible under a different bulletin number.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
