Project Description
This Request for qualifications is being made under the Quality Based Selection Act. The Office of the Illinois Secretary of State, Department of Physical Services is in need of Professional Architectural and/or Engineering Services for the conception, design and overview of the renovation and modernization of the Capitol inner and outer Dome as well as the exterior stone of the building. This study will also provide recommendations for repair, renovation and/or and construction for areas deemed appropriate. This is a supplemental posting that was originally posted to the Illinois Procurement Bulletin on 11/30/2018. All information is the same on both postings and nothing has changed within the original posting.

- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
