This notice is published in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/25-15(b) or 44 ILL. Admin. Code 4.1525. This change order is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9 as this was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract signature, is germane to the original contract and in the best interest of the state. It is being published on the bulletin in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/15-25(a).
The Illinois Secretary of State is giving notice of its intent to enter into a change order to extend its current contract with Henneman Engineering to June 30, 2020. There is no cost associated with this extension. The original end date was 12/31/2019. The purpose of this change order is to complete all remaining work on the contract. This change order is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9 as this was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract signature, is germane to the original contract and in the best interest of the state.
This change order is authorized by the Chief Procurement Officer and State Purchasing Officer for the Illinois Secretary of State. Please disregard all references made to the Chief Procurement Office of Higher Education.
