The Illinois Secretary of State desires to gather information from the vendor community regarding the potential procurement of an electronic notice of lien filing and lien release system. Information gathered will assist the Department in determining system requirements, project scope, project timetable, and general project cost needed for an Electronic Notice of Lien Filing and Lien Release system.
