ISU is requesting bids for the removal and proper disposal of building materials and tires from the West Gregory Street Farm.The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 3, 2004, 1:30 PM local time, Illinois State University West Gregory St. Farm. If your company intends to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. The log will be used in the bid opening process. If your compnay name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
