Project Description
Work of the project includes removing the existing unit substations within Horton and Fairchild and providing new exterior mounted transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels. New ductbanks with new medium voltage cabling will be provided to the new exterior mounted equipment. New 15kv cabling will be installed within existing spare raceways as well as new raceways installed under this project.
