Resurface an NCAA competition soccer field at the Illinois State University Soccer Facility located at N. Adelaide St. and Gregory St., Normal, IL 61790.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00AM local time Friday, April 27, 2012. This is NOT a mandatory pre-bid meeting. However, potential bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting to promote full understanding of the scope of the project and any conditions associated with performing the services. The University will not accept any changes to an award/contract that is based on the contractor’s failure to take all factors into consideration.
The apparent low bidder will have until 2:00PM local time, May 18, 2012 to complete and return the required documents and full performance bond referenced in the construction contract. Failure to complete and return these required documents within the established time frame may result in your response being considered “non-responsive”:
