There is a voluntary pre-bid meeting scheduled at the site for Tuesday, June 6th at 10:00am. Interested vendors must RSVP Corey Leslie at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 4:30pm Friday, June 2nd, 2017 to attend. If no vendors RSVP the meeting will be canceled. Vendors who attend will meet at the eastern-most entrance to the parking lot. Pay parking is available at the site. The Project Manager and A/E will not answer questions outside of the addendum process. The Alamo II parking lot is accessible at any time.
The University is committed to transparent, competitive bidding and welcomes requests for information and questions concerning this bid. All answers will be posted via addendum. To give questions appropriate consideration and to give bidders time to respond to the resulting clarifications, the University requires that all questions be submitted no later than 4:30pm CST on Thursday, June 8, 2017 to Corey W. Leslie at email@example.com. The University cannot guarantee a response to questions received after this time.
