The work shall include but is not limited to:
1.Site protection as required.
2.Barricades with audible warning devices.
3.Dumpsters.
4.Removal and restoration of landscaping areas.
5.Site erosion control and protection of the existing storm inlets.
6.Removal and installation of new expansion joints per the construction documents.
7.Route out and pressure inject epoxy into the existing cracks of the fountain structure.
8.Remove and replace the existing steel gratings and support channel per the construction documents.
9.Prepare & patch the existing concrete structures to restore the original shapes and configurations.
10.Installation of the sprayable cementitious overlay system.
11.Quality control mock-ups for each color must be reviewed and approved prior to the application of the sprayable cementitious overlay system.
12.Schedule of the work to be coordinated and approved by ISU.

If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company's name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company's name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
The specifications require that bidders are certified applicators of the sprayable cementitious overlay system product selected for their bid. ISU requires that you submit proof of this certification from the manufacturer with your bid or it may be rejected.
The University is committed to transparent, competitive bidding and welcomes requests for information and questions concerning this bid. All answers will be posted via addendum. To give questions appropriate consideration and to give bidders time to respond to the resulting clarifications, the University requests that all questions be submitted no later than 4:30pm CST on Tuesday July 19th, 2016 to Corey W. Leslie at cwlesli@ilstu.edu. The University cannot guarantee a response to questions received after this time.
