The site visit following this voluntary pre-bid meeting is only opportunity that bidders will have to familiarize themselves in-person with the existing conditions.

PARTICIPATION IN A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR APPROVED AND REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP & TRAINING PROGRAM IS REQUIRED ON PUBLIC WORKS BY PROCUREMENT CODE (30 ILCS 500/30-22). Illinois State University requests that you submit a Certificate of Registration in an approved Apprenticeship and Training Program issued by the Office of Apprenticeship Training, Employer and Labor Services, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, with your bid.

QUESTION DEADLINE:

September 12, 2018 at 4:30 PM Local Time. To give questions appropriate consideration and to give bidders time to respond to the resulting clarifications, the University requires that all questions be submitted to Corey W. Leslie at cwlesli@ilstu.edu by the deadline. Clarifications and modifications to drawings or specifications will be posted via addendum.
